21. Bastion Repeno | Repeno Bastion

Nalazi se na sjeveroistočnoj strani bedema i odlikuje ga nedovršena arhitektonska forma. Na bedemu Repeno nalazi se jedna stražarnica, kao i prostori za topove. Kula je imala značajnu stratešku funkciju s obzirom na to da se sa njene pozicije kontrolisao ulaz u budvanski zaliv. 

 

Repeno Bastion

The bastion is located on the northeast side of the town walls and is characterized by an unfinished architectural form. A guardhouse and spaces for cannons are located on the Repeno bastion. This tower had an important strategic function since the entrance to Budva bay was controlled from this exact position.

Projekat DIGITALNE KULTURNE RUTE je podržan u okviru Regionalnog programa lokalne demokratije na Zapadnom Balkanu 2 – ReLOaD2, koji finansira Evropska unija, a sprovodi UNDP. The DIGITAL CULTURAL ROUTE project is supported by the Regional Program of Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 – ReLOaD2, financed by the European Union and implemented by UNDP. ReLOaD2 is implemented in Montenegro in partnership with 15 local governments, among which are the municipalities of Budva, Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat, which form the “Coastal Mates” cluster.
